If the system has installed Nahimic version 2.5.x, the uninstaller can't remove the configuration file completely and cause conflicts on the user interface. Please follow steps below to uninstall related driver, delete system registry files and then, re-install the audio driver and Nahimic again to solve the problem.

Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Follow the clean installation guide to remove Nahimic and Realtek audio driver.

2. Download and run the attachment "Nahimic-reg-clean.reg" to delete registry files.

3. Re-install Realtek audio driver and Nahimic again.
